11/23/05 - Letter and photos from Henk Bredewolt, The Netherlands

Hi George,

My name is Henk Bredewolt, I'm resident in Roosendaal, The Netherlands near the Belgium border.

I have a very good contact with one of your crew, named Norman Phillips. Norman is very helpfull to me with a lot of very good information about your B 24 bomber named "Ginger", and crew. I'm looking for a very long tome for information about the 2/Lt Dean Peppmeier's crew, and years ago I have found one of the crew who was escaped by the Dutch resistance Mr. Toine Koopmanschap at Nispen. The B-24 bomber was crashed between Roosendaal and Nispen on Aug. 26th. and I have a lot of information in my archives about this crash. Also I have contact with one of the crew who was escaped by the Germans Mr. Thompson Blaylock. In the future I will look around on the place were 2/Lt Dean Peppmeier's B-24 bomber was crashed. Herewith I send you some information / photographs made during my exhibition I have got in the centre of Roosendaal. I have told the schoolchildren and other Dutch people about the crash from 2/Lt Dean Peppmeier's B-24 bomber, and all the people were very interested.
On one of the photographs you can see myself during a personal
interview

Well Mr. George Lesko, I'm proud to be in contact with you, for now all the best to you, and good luck with your very good personal web-site.
Regards from a friend who lives in The Netherlands,
Henk Bredewolt
