11/04/01 - Letter from Sgt Jack Staton's niece

I am writing on behalf of my Dad who is Bob Staton, the brother of Jack Staton that was on the "Ginger" with you and was killed in action. My dad was so thrilled to hear of this website. He said he hoped he could go and see the monument. He is having trouble with his Internet server and could not get this information, so I was trying to print it for him, but cannot print the pictures. I was wondering if you could send me a CD with these pictures, especially of the monument and the plane along with any pictures of Jack you might have. Thank you for doing this website. It is GREAT.

The town of Mullens (which is where Jack grew up) has done a mural at Town Hall of the plane "Ginger". You should visit and see it. My Dad still
