I have been trying - and finally have a firm departure time - one week later than my original itinary. Same Flight numbers via Detroit and then to Kansas City from Frankfurt. Much activity here and been on TV twice an in the newsprint 3 times. I have been treated extremely well and this French hospitality is hard to comprehend - the finest. I did visit with my great friends at Saarbrucken and saw Ludwig - a fine elderly fellow that is in a Germannursing home...Spending much time with Dominique and we went to south France yesterday with Raymond and Cathy. Much concern here in France regarding the attack on the United States - they DO care -a continent away.. Wish I were there with you all - but I am in good hands here
