Hi George,

Thanks for recent e-mails.

Thought you might like to see the attached reference the Memorial dedication that we recently attended at Flixton on the 24th September. About 20 US Vets attended plus a large contingent of Brits, including Roger Freeman, Mike Bailey & many others. The weather was fantastic - clear blue sky without a cloud - & Maurice Hammond in his P51 gave the most amazing display that I've seen for very many years! The Church was full to capacity for the Service following the Memorial dedication & we then adjourned to the local hostelry for a fine lunch. We had the pleasure of being joined by the Chaplain from Mildenhall & the Rev Philip Tillman from South Carolina - his late brother was a B-24 gunner with the 446th & was KIA flying from Flixton. Another memorable occasion.

Hope you receive these attachments OK & will send a few more with the next e-mail.

Very best wishes

Doug
