George Lesko was born in Krivi Czechoslovakia and came to New York when he was 15 years old. He married Anna Wolf on August 11, 1911.

They lived in a two family home on 3647 8th street across from a church. Their first child was Margaret born 1920, George in 1924 and then Eleanor in 1930

George was a extrovert who had many friends and was known for his physical strength. Besides building homes he drove a beer delivery truck and was also known as a craftsman. He died on unknown causes at a fairly young age.

Anna Lesko had a beautiful singing voice and filled the house with music when the spirit moved her as well as the smells of the good food coming from the kitchen.
